Other items of work completed by RHA Maintenance staff or contractor(s) not specifically listed will be cost of material plus labor.
All labor charges are based on $25.00 per hour which includes one-man labor and truck.
Tenants shall notify Management promptly of known needs for repairs and of known unsafe conditions in the common areas and grounds which may lead to damage or injury in order that the office can prepare a work order. If the inspector finds problems at your apartment and you have not reported to the office, this will be considered a violation of your lease (Section 15)
