RHA Office and Facilities Reopen July 5
RHA Staff is ready to serve residents and the public.
On Wed., June 2, 2021, Roxboro Housing Authority (RHA) Board of Commissioners voted unanimously in favor of reopening the Administrative Office at 500 Mt. Bethel Church St., Roxboro, and all other facilities, starting Mon., July 5, 2021. Office hours shall remain Mon. through Fri., 8:30 a.m. to 12 Noon; 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The office will continue to be closed daily for lunch from 12 Noon to 1 p.m.
Masks are required indoors until further notice. Only one person is allowed in the lobby area of Harris Gardens, Lee Gardens and Weatherly Heights buildings; other persons can wait in the respective building's courtyard or inside the adjoining community room during inclement weather. The exception is the ROSS/FSS building at Harris Gardens--persons must set up an appointment with the respective grant coordinator.
All meetings, activities, trainings and events shall resume under normal operations with safety measures put in place. They include social distancing, mask wearing and hand sanitizer (provided by RHA) and CDC health screening to name a few.
RHA's community rooms will be available for rent. From birthday parties for kids, family dinners to fish fry or stew fundraisers, our newly renovated facilities can meet any group's needs at the same competitive cost as before the COVID-19 pandemic.
Contact Mrs. Kay Winbush, receptionist/bookkeeper, for making rental arrangements and for general reopening information at (336) 599-8616 or email info@roxboroha.com
