RHA Open for Business; Facilities Closed

Roxboro Housing Authority is open for business (Mon.- Fri. 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; closed from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. for lunch.)  All RHA facilities, including the Administrative Office, will be closed to the general public until further notice. Staff presence onsite will be limited during this time period. This is following federal and state recommendations to help manage the current coronavirus pandemic.

The administrative office is receiving phone calls and emails.  Applications for public housing, rent payments, contractor invoices and job applications can be received by using the administrative office drop box or U.S. Mail. 

Residents must continue to follow their lease (i.e. pay rent, provide income verification for annual recertification process, etc.) 

Emergency work orders will be handled per usual.  The phone number is (336) 504-2262.

Non-emergency work orders are also being received; however, they will be addressed at a later date. Call (336) 599-8616.
