New Heating and Air Conditioning Units at Lee Gardens

ROXBORO, N.C.--Heating and A/C units are being installed!
 
Since Feb. 2024, Roxboro Housing Authority accepted bids from highly qualified, reputable HVAC companies.  After enduring supply-chain and subsequent pricing issues, RHA awarded Bryant-Durham Electric and HVAC of Durham, N.C. the project.   
 
Fifty high-efficient units in one-bedroom units are being installed to complete HVAC needs at Lee Gardens Apts.
 
A plan to continue HVAC installation at other communities is part of the agency's five-year capital fund plan and shall be determined at a later date.
 
This project was announced during a HUD Washington visit in April during Earth Week.
