Housing Available with Short Waitlists

Roxboro Housing Authority has a short waiting list for all bedroom sizes citywide.

Each unit has been modernized and painted that compare to fair-market rental units.  They are energy efficient, utilities are included and on the bus line or within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, hospital. Sites have security cameras, police patrol, playgrounds and green spaces. 

A wide array of programs and activities to help families become self-sufficient (jobs, job training, computer literacy, GED classes, homeownership classes and down payment escrow monies available to qualified working families, youth activities, STEM program, Art Camp, etc.)
