A refundable reservation damage deposit of $75.00 will be refunded to the applicant within 10 business days.

Note: Fees are waived if the organization(s) has/have a signed memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Roxboro Housing Authority, signed by the Executive Director, for the clearly defined non-profit endeavor(s) benefiting RHA residents.
